What time can I arrive ?
Your room at the Hotel Le Bailli de Suffren will be available starting at 4 pm.

What time do I need to check-out of my room ?
Check-out is at noon on day of departure.

Can I stay longer in my room ?
For a “late check-out”, you have to ask the reception the availability of the room and the rate for this late departure.

Can I arrive earlier ?
If you arrive earlier, you can leave your belongings in the luggage storage if you arrive earlier or if you leave later.

What do I do if I arrive late ? Is someone will be there to welcome me ?
The reception is open around the clock. Our personnel are available to welcome you in case of a late arrival. There is always someone to receive you.

What hours is the reception desk open ?
The reception desk is open around the clock.

What means of payment are accepted in your establishment ?
You can pay in cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Transport

What is the closest bus station ?
The stop “Rayol-Canadel – Office du Tourisme” on the line 7801 (from Toulon to Saint-Tropez) is the closest bus station. It’s just 5-minute walk from/to the hotel.

How can I get from the airport / train station to the hotel ?

• By car : to reach the 3-star Hotel Les Terrasses du Bailli, you have two possibilities :
  Motorway A8 towards Nice, exiting for “Le Luc”. Take the D558 through La Garde Freinet-Grimaud and Cogolin. Take the N98 up to the junction before La Mole or go towards Canadel via the D27.
  Motorway A57 towards Toulon until Hyères, then the N98 and D559. Cross through Le Lavandou.
• By plane : Hyères-Toulon Airport is the closest from the hotel (just 20 km). You also have Nice and Marseille airports for international flights. From there, you have to take a connection by coach or shuttle.
• By train : Hyères train station is the closest from the hotel. Just a few kilometers from the hotel, there is the train station SNCF Toulon, with more traffic. From there, you have to take a bus or book a taxi for the connection between the train station and the hotel.

Do you organize transfers from the airport ?
We work with some taxi companies, so we can organize transfers from and to the airport for you. You can call us for pricing information and availability !

Do you have a car park ?
Yes, we provide a private guarded parking for free of charge.

Do you have internet at the hotel ?
Yes, there is a secured-free connection at the hotel (with some restrictions).

Is it an air conditioned hotel?
Yes, there is air-conditioning in the hotel.

What are the opening hours of the swimming-pool ?
The swimming-pool is open from 9 am to 6.30 pm.

Rooms

Are there bathtubs or showers in the rooms ?
The rooms are mostly equipped with shower and some with bath.

Are there toiletries in the rooms ?
Yes, you will find shower shower gel, shampoo, lotion, soap and aven a bathing cap in each room.

Is it possible to have an extra-bed ?
We can provide an extra-bed upon request and subject to availability, for an additional fee of € 55 per night (for child under age twelve). We suggest you to reserve in advance.

Is it possible to have a baby’s cot ?
We can provide one baby’s cot subject to availability and upon request (free of charge).

Do you have rooms with twin beds ?
It is possible to have a twin-room. Please, specify upon reservation.

Do you have rooms with a balcony ?
The 4-star hotel is fitted with 43 rooms with balcony and a sea view.

Do you have rooms with a terrace ?
The hotel provides 7 rooms with terrace and a view of the sea.

Can I have a room with a view of the sea or the courtyard ?
All the rooms are an opening to the sea.

Do you have rooms with disabled access ?
The 4-star hotel do provide rooms for disabled people. The beach and swimming pool do not provide access for disabled people.

How big are your rooms ?
Rooms with balcony or terrace with sea view : 32m².

Restaurant

Do you have a restaurant in the hotel ?
The 4-star Hotel Le Bailli de Suffren offers 3 restaurants to meet all your needs as any time of the day : Le Loup de Mer, the beach restaurant l’Escale, le Pool House.

What time is breakfast served ?
Breakfast is served from 8 am to 10.30 am at the restaurant Le Loup de Mer.
You also have the option to have breakfast in your room from 8 am to 10:30 am. A breakfast order note is available in your room, which you can drop outside your room before 4 am.

What is the price for breakfast ?
Adult breakfast : € 35.00
Child breakfast : € 16.00

Relaxation area

What are the opening hours ?
The relaxation area is located within the 4-star Hotel Le Bailli de Suffren.

The relaxation area is open from May to October, from 10am to noon and from 2pm to 8pm.

It is necessary to make a reservation ?
Yes, it is better to book in advance. Please, book with reception or directly with the relaxation area.

Is the relaxation area accessible to children ?
Yes, the relaxation area is accessible to children but only under adult supervision. There are cares designed for children from 7 to 15 years old.

Hotel policy

Is there a minimum age to make a reservation ?
In order to make a reservation to stay at our hotel, you must be 18 years of age.

What is your children’s policy ?
There is an additional cost of €55,00 per night for children (until 12 years old).
We provide a free cot, a bath and a bottle warmer if needed (upon request). If you are looking for a babysitter, please consult the reception for references.

What is the maximum number of people per room ?
The maximum per room is 4 : 2 adults + 1 child (with an extra bed subject to availability and upon request).
Note that for 2 adults and 2 children, you have to book two rooms.

Do you accept pets ?
Pets are allowed in the 4-star hotel Le Bailli de Suffren with an extra fee of €30.00 per day and per pet. However, pets are not allowed on the beach and around the swimming-pool.
