For fans of Yoga and Reiki, our teacher Sarah Delouart, will be happy to share her knowledge of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa Flow as well as Reiki Usui. In addition to individual sessions available on request, the hotel organises Yoga classes by the sea once a week in July and August.
