The Summer Season at Le Bailli de Suffren

As they do every year, the team at Le Bailli de Suffren**** Hotel has put together a packed programme of activities just for you – a mix of kicking back and relaxing together with some cooking to take you away from it all: the Summer Season at Le Bailli.

Let’s discover the programme for the 2021 Bailli Summer Season together and explore all the options available at the hotel.

Sarah Delouart will meet you every Tuesday from 9:15 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for a gentle wake-up call, lulled by the sound of the waves at the Escale beach restaurant. You’ll be able to enjoy a yoga session looking out over the sea – the ideal way to disconnect before recharging your batteries for the day ahead.

Absinthe are a rock-accordion-dance-music trio, while Los Cubanistos are a salsa group – both are familiar faces, much loved by our most loyal clients… and they’ll be delighted to share your company every Wednesday evening at the Loup de Mer restaurant from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Marvel at the sunset while enjoying a cocktail accompanied by a live band at our Music Party.

Two new Le Bailli events will get off the ground this summer!

One of these new events is Noona Corner: meet up with Séverine on July 15 and 29 and August 12 and 26 in her pop-up shop around the swimming pool at Le Bailli de Suffren**** Hotel’s pool-house.

Noona Ilios Collection: clothes and accessories exclusively for women.

The second unmissable event of the summer is based on a simple concept: our kitchen staff set up shop alongside you in the dining room!

Every Friday evening, the kitchen staff at the Loup de Mer restaurant’s put on a live cooking show, with a menu tailor-made for the event. It’s a great moment of shared enjoyment, when you can witness your meal being prepared – from the starter to dessert – on several stands.

This is a new venture for our chef Stephan Demichelis, who has his heart set on sharing his know-how and passion for dining-room cooking with you.
